Challenge

Everyday teens nationwide struggle to express their thoughts and feelings on issues impacting their lives. Since 2009, Walgreens has offered a program to provide teens a platform to raise awareness on issues such as mental health, bullying, the impacts of social media, social justice, gun violence, and many more. Our challenge was to reach as many teens as possible and encourage them to enter the Expressions Challenge.

Solution

GSC developed a highly impactful grassroots campaign by forging partnerships including Public Schools, Park Districts, and Community Organizations. In addition, utilizing traditional media and social media platforms, we have been able to reach teens across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
