Peggy Austin

President & Founder

“One of my greatest joys is creating smart campaigns for clients that make a difference in people’s lives. It’s true that when you find a job you love, you’ll never work a day in your life. I haven’t worked in YEARS!”

Peggy Austin is a seasoned veteran in the multicultural and urban marketing industry with 27 years of experience in developing marketing, advertising and public relations programs for Fortune 500 companies, health and educational institutions, as well as non-profit and government clients.  She is trusted by leading health care brands, political campaigns, and non-profit clients to not only get the job done, but to over-deliver on promises.  Austin has served as a lead strategist on numerous high-profile campaigns and what sets her apart is her deep network of contacts across media, faith-based institutions, as well as government and civic leadership.

Recognized for her work in healthcare, she received a commendation from the Illinois World AIDS Day Committee for her pioneering work for Walgreens. She has been recognized six years in a row by “Who’s Who in Black Chicago” for outstanding achievement in business. In addition, she was recognized by the Chicago Defender as one of Chicago’s Top 50 Women of Excellence.

Peggy is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and serves as the co-chair of the multicultural leadership committee for the American Heart Association, sits on the board of the National Sales Network, and is a member of the Black Public Relations Society of America, National Association of Black Journalists, and the Publicity Club of Greater Chicago. She also has a love for animals and is often found romping around Chicago’s numerous dog parks with her dog in their quest to identify and log the top spots for dogs.
